Stephen, admitted in 1984, is an experienced commercial property solicitor working predominantly on behalf of the public sector in the fields of regeneration, funding and large-scale commercial/ residential development.

Stephen’s client base includes the Commission for the New Towns, the Urban Regeneration Agency and the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA) together with a variety of local authorities including Sefton MBC in relation to HMRI Pathfinder matters.

Stephen is currently involved in a variety of public/private partnerships including the proposed regeneration of North Huyton, Hattersley and Skelmersdale Town Centre.
