Prior to joining Forshaws as a trainee in 2002, Sarah gained a great deal of advocacy experience as an agent in County Court Litigation for mainly financial institutions such as banks and mortgage providers.
Upon joining Forshaws, Sarah started off in Crown Court defence in the Criminal department, and thereafter has worked across the business, gaining an understanding of all aspects of the law from conveyancing, through to litigation, commercial law and employment.
Qualifing in September 2005, Sarah then moved into the commercial department areas of law, dealing with contentious commercial matters, such as Landlord and Tenant disputes, commercial contract disputes, insolvency and debt recovery and possession claims on behalf of commercial clients. Sarah has also undertaken Leasehold Valuations Tribunals and Residential Property Tribunals work, representing clients across the country.
Sarah is now specialising in employment law utilising her commercial experience to advise employers and employees.
