Legal Services

Ruth, a Member of the Family Law Team, has particular expertise, spanning 17 years, in Children’s Law and domestic abuse. Ruth belongs to the Law Society's Domestic Abuse Working Group, an influential role that involves her being consulted on forthcoming changes in legislation surrounding domestic violence.

Ruth also has extensive experience in divorce, separation and financial matters arising from these situations.

In addition, Ruth also belongs to Resolution – First for Family and sits on their specialist panel (domestic abuse and children); the Law Society Children Panel; the Law Society Family Law Panel and is a Law Society CPD Assessor.
