Jennifer has been practising Family Law for over 5 years, in which time she has gained experience in the areas of divorce, co-habitation issues, financial matters, Childrens Act matters and child abduction cases.

Having worked on several high profile child abduction cases, Jennifer has experience of working in this field and in particular with relation to the Pakistan Protocol and Hague Convention on family matters.

Jennifer is a member of Resolution - First for Family and also has experience in dealing with family matters for business owners and the extra financial issues this can raise.

Jennifer joined Forshaws in 2006, having previously been based at a practice on the Fylde Coast.
