Gary, trained in Birmingham, was admitted in January 1982. Moving to Warrington in May 1992, and since when having satisfied his sense of adventure, Gary has remained in Cheshire developing, together with his colleagues, one of the larger criminal court practices within the region.
Along the way Gary has encountered the entire spectrum of human activity and endeavour, as it falls foul of the criminal law, from priests caught on bicycles on the M56 motorway to murder.
In recent years, Gary has developed an interest in public law within the Criminal Courts and has prosecuted on behalf of regional plc’s in environment work and also defended commercial enterprises seeking to remain within the widening boundaries of national and EU law.
Gary is a member of the Criminal Law Solicitors Association and the UK Environment Law Association. |
